2008 Fit-Best Sound Deadener and Location

What's the best brand of deadener to use? I want to maximize my efforts, so where's the best location to start. Interested in noise and heat reduction, as I live in the South.

Rear trunk area is a good place along with the doors. Where is most of the noise coming from?

The loudest is the exhaust, but it's the road noise when I'm not in the gas that bothers me most.
