Awesome Car and pass the Vicodin!

Hello, I have almost 900 miles on my fit and really enjoy it. Only problem is that I am having trouble getting comfortable. My back aches while driving and I think I've tried most seating configurations. I can't go back too far otherwise my arms are stretched out too much. I really love this car so I hope I just can get used to the seats. I've waited for a car like this from Honda for like 20 years, so I can't give up hope!

I drove my dad's CRV today and didn't have any backpain and generally don't have these problems in most cars.

Have any of you had this problem and how did you solve it? Pillows, Vicodin? Thanks!

The fit does have bad lumbar support. i'm 5'4, so backproblemsd are unlikely. I think you should try getting a pillow to support ur lumbar.

Being 6'2" I also had seating problems when I got my Fit April 4, 2006.
For the arms I pushed the seat all the way back and then tilted the back forward.

My old car had no lumbar support and I had to fill in the gap with 1/2" carpet foam so the seat is flatter. (I cut the foam like a large U) To keep it in place a bought a folding seat cushion. No more back pain.

It is in their paper catalog and not in the FIT specific catalog pages on-line.

Here's a link: LUMBAR FIT SUPPORT
