Finally, after waiting almost a year to come out, it arrived today in Toronto on my desk.

There was about $11.00 CDN of duties/border fees on it from DHL, but who cares!

After reading "It's Coming, it's coming" for months, now I can shop for a new head unit and order this thing knowing that it is actually on the market.

 

Now after seeing both the Metra and the Scosche, the Scosche does look better. It looks like they used a Honda design with the contour where the double din would go. It looks good and broken up whereas the Metra is flat.


When/if someone hooks up a Navi unit with Scosche's harness, can someone tell me if the harness has the VSS wire?! Thanks in advance.

I never got in on the group buy for mine, I bought mine directly from my stereo shop. It was shipped out directly form scosche on thurs and my shop got it today.

didnt you just post up a metra install on the forum im sure its you. if not my mistake. haha i came home at three in the morning was running around my room and bam!! holy shit right there under neath my laundry was the box delivered by ups on friday hahaha its all mine yes.........

The color looks to be off a little bit in that picture... do you have any different pictures of the install...

 

I think it may be the flash. Nonetheless, mild color differences versus a flat piece like the Metra. Scosche hands down.

Those pics were taken from inside my garage. I just backed the car out and snapped a few more. The scosche kit color is pretty much dead on with the rest of the dash. I know it may not show up in the pics like that, but it is? Here's the pics:

Nice! Did your installers end up putting the GPS antenna on the front dash or below the dash (could be there in this picture, not sure)? Did you hook up the VSS wire?
