Sticky residue on window

Suggestions on the best way to get sticker residue off window glass without scratching it, or making a huge mess of it?

googone or wd40 on a paper towel. if you have a plastic squeegee
use that to agitate. then use alcohol or any good window cleaner
and wipe down.

if you're use to working with a clean razor blade i recommend you use
that too. just becareful not to scratch the glass.
