Well, so I was walking around Pep Boys and noticed an Aux ipod interface for $60 and decided to give it a try... It's the Axxess AIP-HD03-ID it doesn't list the Fit at all but it does list the 03-up Accord which every interface that works with the Fit list the Accord. It has an ipod cable and aux 3.5mm input for other devices. It works! but after a close inspection it does charge the ipod, but it doesn't turn it off when car is shut down. Also, the song foward control on the radio doesn't foward the ipod so you have manually advance songs or let it play random.
