is it going through a FM modlator or using the audio out from the EX-10 to your aux in plug on your fit sport?.

If it's aux in, you might have to re-run the audio cable away from any wiring harnesses in the car.

What kind of noise are you getting, static, engine whine? pink noise?

the aux cable is wired to the EX10 brain then a wire from my ipod to the brain of ex10
the aux cable goes from aux plug to brain thats all, well of course the power wire.

but even when i was hooking up my ipod directly to the aux port i still got the feedback noise.

the sound is comming from my speakers, low whistle then when i excellerate the sound goes louder till about 3rd gear then the music takes over

your getting engine whine, you need a shielded 3.5mm headphone cable to go from the EX10 to the OEM Aux plug.

have you tried another audio device to make sure it's not the iPod. otherwise the problem is your OEM head unit.

Try wrapping a ferrite core around the cable near the plug.
