The seat is only a tiny bit higher than the stock seats from the Fit but the driver side can be adjusted. I didnt adjust the height for the driver side bc it was just right for me.

Cool nonetheless. They fit really well into the car.

The Si is just stitched into the seat if i recall. You should be able to get rid of it.
The side airbag of the Si seats are the same as the Fit seats. The seats are very comfortable and holds the person onto the seat especially when I make turns. (Or maybe because I am fat... )

Thumbs up

damn this is super nice! and keeping the airbags is a plus. I hate mods that sacrifice safety, especially removing side airbags that you payed for with the car! good stuff!

for those, who like me, dislike the fact that it says 'SI', another option would be the civic coupe seats, which have pretty nice bolsters, and you could still keep your airbags.

i would still really like to see how you wire em up! get some pics up pronto! (please?)

Why post a DIY thread if you're not going to have the DIY instructions posted?

Not really an issue for me, I have yet to use refresh in 34,000 km/15 months. More seat comfort is a fine trade off, looks better too from the pics.

Rep from me too.

Thanks.

i don't see why you wouldn't be able to, given that the si does have seat cushion adjustment, with a mechanism thats a la vw.
