Triple DIN Gauge Pod in 07 Fit Dash Kit?

I'm looking to install a triple 52mm DIN gauge plate in my Fit. But before I order it, does anyone know if it will fit along with a single DIN head unit?

Universal Triple Gauge Single Din Radio Face Pod

I guess the big question is has anyone used one of these before and is the 07-08 Honda Fit dash kit from scoche a true double DIN?

I already have the T1R 60mm gauge pod and it holds my boost, water temp, and oil temp gauges. But I now have a 52mm AEM UEGO that I am trying to find a home for and the most logical way without drilling or cutting my dash is to go with this option. I am thinking of filling up the other 2 openings with the 52mm matching versions of my 60mm gauges. But I'll use oil press and maybe voltage to complete the package.

Well i would assume so because the fit does use a standard double din slot and since that is only 1 din slot thick, i wouldn't see why not.

I don't think it will fit... i just tried to place an alpine deck in the kit and then my 52mm gauge below it and there isn't enough space.. I measured the total space available after a deck is installed to be 2". This DIN piece measures 2-3/8" as mentioned in their website..

Well, I took a chance and ordered up the triple DIN gauge plate. It does fit with a deck but it will need a little modification to the dash kit.

I've got mine ready to go, only 1 gauge tho (can't decide on the other 2 to get). Once I get it installed I'll post a pic to show everyone!

just a thought: an enclosure could be made that sits atop the dash center.. It could be made of thin plywood and covered with vinyl.
