Try disconnecting the Kenwood from your phone (in your BT menu on the phone, disconnect device) and disabling BT on both devices, then delete the Kenwood unit from your phone and also delete the phone from your Kenwood. Then re-enable BT on your phone and the Kenwood, and follow the setup procedures outlined on pages 86-89 of your Kenwood user manual. If that fails, please post back with your results and further explanation of the problem.

i dident try that but kenwood told me to reset my headunit and that worked for a little wail. then it stoped finding it again, thay told me that its not thats it not connecting but its an audio bug thats why the kenwood unit says its not connected but the phone says it is connected. thay said the blackberry storm's have a new updated bluetooth that kenwood is not up to date with right now lol. the dude on the phonje told me the phone co. are moving to fast with all the tech. right now and kenwood cant keep up but thay said there is also a D/L on the kenwood web site to push back the bluetooth version on the blackberry but mine is not listed and when i checked what version is on my phone it says its 1.1 and the guy said thay were having problems with the 2.0 version. so im not sure whats going on so as far as i know every time it happens im gonna have to reset my unit >.<

try updating the OS for the Storm. The OS is flaky at best.
