Would a steering wheel hub from any other different honda work on the Fit?

I was looking at ideas for a quick release hub, but can't find any.

I like these splash hubs, but no Fit application. Does the steering column/hub match that of any other honda?

Would I be able to use this hub with a Nardi Deep Corn Rally?

 

The quick release hub for a fit is the one also used for an ek, if you go to weksos industries you'll see it. they have both the hub and the quick release, as do a couple other sites.

 

i read that the DC5's hubs work on the GD.
