Upholstery

i just purchased a 09' Fit and i am not too impressed with the Upholstery, it seems to attract dirt like no other (and hold on to it) and seems like its a pretty "cheap" material. now i know this is not a luxury sedan and i don't expect top of the line materials. but has anyone else had this problem? or does anyone know of a seat cover company? i have a dog so i would like it to withstand the drooling and hair becoming in bedded to the fabric. Or even redoing the upholstery. anyone have any idea on what kind of cost i will expect? thanks :}

i got quoted $1200 at a katzkin dealer near my home. that quote was for two tone leather with grey stitching, installed. costs way too much for me to even consider so i just deal with the lint
