Help, My horn and Cruise don't work!

Long story short, i took off my steering wheel for a stupid reason (too stupid that i feel ashamed to say out) When i installed the steering wheel back, i connected the 2 harness back, one was yellow, and one was black with white connector. Afterward, i realized my horn and cruise BOTH do not work anyone can help me with this? Have been driving around without a horn for weeks. THANKS A LOT.

There are two connections that you may have to check. One is the white connector directly under the airbag. This is a white connector that plugs into the steering coil. There is another connector on the back of the coil (the same white connector). You can see this connector by removing the top plastic cover on the steering column.

I opened up the top plastic steering column cover, and checked that white connector is properly connected. So, now im assuming its the fuse problem? anyone knows the fuse number for that? (it controls both the horn and my cruise control button)
