Question Door Sills

I've seen a couple of different door sills made of aluminum and they look pretty good but kids would have them all scratched up in no time.

Has anyone seen any of them that are the black plastic like the factory applique for the back bumper?

I think the black plastic ones would work better for a family car......

Thats a pretty good idea..........

Is there a place on-line to get it in rolls?

Does it come in different thicknesses?
