Question RSX spare tire sub into Fit - Possible?

My friend and I were working on his RSX Type-S the other day and ran into this little thing:

Name: rsxwoofer.jpg
Views: 5840
Size: 29.5 KB

Needless to say, I was very intrigued. Just like most of you, I love the fact that I have so much space in the trunk, and I don't want to lose that. I did a search all through here but couldn't find anything. Do you guys know if this will plug and play into the fit's OEM head unit?

it shouldnt be that hard i guess it depends all on that harness and what wires are there, but if it takes alot of work i dont see how it would be worth it lol

yeah my sis has one... it's not that incredible with the bass. Honestly you're better off padding the doors and getting a H/U

its a good alternative for someone that doesnt want anything loud and boomy if it fits.

doubt it will be plug and play, im sure you'll need to tap into something or figure a way to wire it up, as the rsx type s has a different system set up. not even sure if the sub is self powered or if you need the bose amp, or whatnot.
