Spare wheel sub or boot sub?

Spare wheel sub or boot sub?
Hiya all,
I have seen two types of pioneer active subs which i am interested in but can't decide which one to choose. T
he first on is the TS-WX610A which they say, just fits directly on top of the spare wheel (also im not intending of making any holes on the boot lid), or the TS-WX77A which is placed on the boot lid. both are 200w and both have remotes.
What i was wondering which one would you think would sound good, the one under the boot lid or the one on top of the boot lid?
