Thinking of installing new Audio Deck - JVC, Clarion, or Pioneer? Advice?
I JUST got my new 2010 Honda Fit sport yesterday. The only gripes I have are the tiny arm rest, and lack of center console, and the audio interface. I am a HUGE music geek, and have over 100GB of music on my I-pod. The interface for the ipod is HORRID, and scrolling through 1000 artists takes FOREVER. To make it worse, you can't go backwards (starting at Z) and there is no faster way to navigate than turning the dial.
Going to get a double-din audio deck, and I am leaning towards this JVC: JVC KW-XR810 CD receiver at Crutchfield Signature . However, these two also look nice:
Pioneer FH-P8000BT CD receiver at Crutchfield.com
Clarion VX400 DVD receiver at Crutchfield.com
Has anyone ever installed a double-din on a fit before? If so, how hard is it? I know some cars can be a PAIN, and others are easier. I haven't installed a CD player in forever. Any advice on installation, or which reciever to pick would be great. Not looking to spend more than $350 though.

Double dins are typically easier to install than single dins are there is less of a Kit to worry about having to put together. Of the three you listed my personal preference would be the pioneer unit.
