I have an 07 Fit Sport Auto and the audio quit working with the original stereo. I just figured it was the stereo because it already had a broken display. So I decided to replace the HU with the JVC NT3HDT. I hooked it up and still no audio. Is there a fuse that runs an amp or something? What other reason would I have no sound?

 

Check the fuse box for a blow fuse. I know on the GE the radio fuse is off by itself in the bottom right corner. Not sure how the GD is. I'd check for that fuse though. A buddy of mine had his blow for absolutely no reason at all, took us almost a week to figure out that is was a fuse and not something more serious like we originally thought.

Thank for the suggestion. I checked the fuse and it looks fine. I did manage to get it working. I think it was a combination of things. There was a setting in the HU that needed to be changed and one of the aftermarket speakers was hooked up wrong. I think the bad wiring was causing the two different HU to go into a safe mode with no output. Thanks again for the help.
