6.5" all the way around. The tweeters are probably listed as 1". You'll need a spacer to fit most decent drivers. I built a 3/4" spacer and fit a driver that's about 3" deep.

 

Thanks. Is it gonna worth it to replace the 2 front (stock) speakers for 2 kenwood?

It depends on what is important to you, how the OEM drivers sound, what you think of the new drivers and how much money you are willing to spend. Aftermarket drivers will almost always sound better than OEM drivers but if they aren't installed properly it's not worth all the money in the world. If you plan on adding a sub and some serious power later it's probably a good idea.
