I know a guy that owns a CNC shop so I had him make me a custom knob since the stock knob is so freakin' ugly. While I was at it, I had another guy make me a custom suede shift boot.

I think this is the first mod of this kind and definitely the highest quality!

I've seen something like this on a G35. At first I thought it was a manual. Then I saw the paddle shifters and I was like "the hell?!". Lol very nice though!
