I've seen someone do this with Bride seats, but honestly, I don't think its worth it as you need to cut and weld.

Why not consider getting Bride RO Type sliders instead, which would make everything into a bolt on?

The time and effort aren't worth so You better not do it. Search for another option.

Sorry to necro.

But I had 2008+ Civic SI seats installed using parts of the stock rails.

the hardest part was getting the airbag wiring right.
