Earlier today I left my lights on (Dóh!) and drained my battery in the process. I charged the battery and now when I go to arm the factory alarm the doors lock but the LED on the radio is not flashing like it was earlier before I drained the battery. Do I have to reset the factory alarm somehow? Thanks

 

I have noticed that the radio light will not flash before the correct radio code has been entered. Have you done that yet?
