I had my car parked in valet also. I went to a fancy restaurant for a wedding reception. There were convertibles, BMWs, and Mercedes everywhere. When they retrieved my car the valet driver told me nice car.
I wonder if they could make any more comments about a "lack of power", makes me wonder if they drove the thing with the E-brake on, or are the autos sluggish compared to the manual box cars?
EDIT: I see their car is an MT one (assumed as most test cars are autos), and the FE is below what I am getting (about 5-6 MPG less) so I am even more confused about the lack of power comments.

These are serious, hardcore automotive journalists; some of them even know how to drive.
Well, look at the other cars they're testing. I suspect the Ford GT is slightly faster, at least in a straight line.
