Now that I got the tree sap off the upholstery, I'm taking time out to post a photo of a balsam fir, now in our living room, that rode home in my Fit along with three adults. This was our biggest tree ever, measuring 7' 9" high and 3' 10" at its widest. We used refresh mode. And yes, we were able to close the hatch!

 

Yay fit. I hope someone got you a cordless dust buster for xmas.

Most SUVs have trees strapped to their roofs. Wonder why.

After multiple tries with upholstery cleaners, I got some "Blue Magic" at Target, which got the sap off. A dust buster wasn't sufficient for the needle mess -- I got out the shop vac.

I'll post the decorated tree photo if we can ever find time to decorate it. The kids have been rushing around doing last-minute shopping. The pets love it plain. Just hope the dogs don't think it's their Christmas present: indoor plumbing.
