ride is fine, i mean it is a little jarring sometimes but its bearable, i cant wait for companies to start releasing shocks/struts for the car though

Thats a rad lookin SSM Fit.. You did exactly what I've been pondering on doing to my SSM Fit.. but I went to the engine mod route first with a T1R intake and Voltage stabilizer... only appearance mods I've done so far are Mtec cosmo blue headlights and the yellow Lamin-X foglight mod.

I am going to go with Tein S-tech springs and Konig Helium 15x6.5 in bronze tho! And I am planning on getting the vent visors, tint the rear windows and throw on a axle back (thinkin the Tanabe Medallion system).

Do you rub at all with those wheels and that drop?

you know i havent heard any rubbing during normal driving but i think its so low now that it will scrape if you dont pay attention to dips or bumps and not take care when going over them

I see.. I used to have a 2000 Civic SiR (Si in the US) and I had it lowered 2.3 inches with a Intrax kit. I had to change the way I drove up and around curbs, speed bumps etc. I think it something normal to have to re-learn how to drive a lowered car. I'm more concerned with constant rubbing and possibly damaging the fenders etc.

thanks for the reply!

Did you notice a difference in handling and acceleration by going to these wheels?

I read that the stock sport rims weigh about 15.8 lbs and the Konig Heliums are 5 lbs lighter at 10.8!

That should make a lot of difference in rotational mass...

i cant say i notice a real big difference but let me tell you, i recently installed a progress rear sway and i was skeptical at first because i was on the bandwagon of figuring out how it would be effective since we have that solid rear axle but it has made a world of difference and makes the car that much more fun to drive
