Hey BBP Fit Freaks. NEWBIE here. Have a 2010 BBP Sport. Two questions: replacing my fog lights (both cracked). After replacing them, I plan to protect them with HEADLIGHT Armors fog lights protection kit, Any thoughts on the best looking color to offset the BBP?

Second, ever since I bought the car, used. Been a few small scratches and unsightly spots on the front hood and it drives me crazy as it is probably the coolest looking part of the car. Any advice on how to best remove and reshine the baby? I read in earlier threads about claying...further thoughts. Or should I just find a kickass detailed to fix it and get the shine back? Thanks I love this site.

 

just buy your own buffer (like porter cable) and do it yourself, makes polishing and waxing so much easier

 

Thanks. I used my neighbors buffer to get wax off but scratches are still prominent.

 

I don't belong in any of these color threads cuz I got my car wrapped but this would my original color had I not.

I am curious, I heard blackberry pearl this purple colour was only offer for sport model.
And I have a purple 08 Fit LX. I wonder how did it happen, i bought it used from a dealer tho.

 

i have an 08 fit sport in BBP and it's purple but in the light it has blue metallic specks in it. it's really a fantastic color when it's in the sun.

 

I remember this color in the GD3 use to see it on the dealer lots quite a bit initially did not like it back then but now going back through this thread it grows on you.

 

What is the piece on the third picture that seems attached to the trunk and where can I purchase it? I like the accents.

Its a really cool color. Sometimes my car is black, sometimes blue, and sometimes purple. You never know whats its going to be haha .

 

I know this is a dead thread Tralfamadorianbut it's called a tailgate/hatch garnish. I bought it from some seller in Cali that I assume went out of business becuz I don't see them advertising anymore. I think it was Honda Fittuner!
