Does anyone else think the Fit looks best only in bright colors? I don't really like how it looks in silver/black/tidewater. I think it looks diminutive enough without being a an unnoticeable color on top of that.

I think it looks good in lighter colors, but then again, I'm biased.

I own a Lunar Mist and someone in my area owns a Tidewater. We wound up next to each other at a stoplight once and I did a double take at first thinking "How'd they get Lunar Mist on a Sport model???" There's a purplish tint to the Tidewater though, whereas Lunar Mist is very much a baby blue. Sure, it's kinda girly, but I am a girl.

I gotta say, I love the silver blue color. It was beautiful on the Preludes, and absolutely stunning on custom ordered BMW M3s. I do find the color to be feminine though.

The M3/M5 color isnt custom anymore!. Now they offer a color called Silverstone Metallic which is as silver/babyblue as you can get. Oh and here is a pretty cool shot i took with my PHONE!

Looks like you have a good rear shot and a little bit of photo bucket fail too...

When do you get your tint put on?? Nice color - the first few shots are too dark.

@ JDM - Thanks, but I'm not too sure of what you mean by the Photobucket thing? Imageshack wouldn't load in my browser for some odd reason...

@Juliane - Yeah I know. The combination of a slightly cloudy day and me kind of sucking as a photographer made it turn out a little too dark. I think the shots that were taken at my house are a lot better. Btw, I guess that's why it looks like I have tint, b/c I don't actually have tint. lol Thanks tho!

@flyellow - Thanks! I didn't want the red (which the dealer traded for this color) because it's a more common color I think and the paint fades and peels after awhile from what I hear.

Now all I need to do is lower it, it looks so high compared to the 07s and 08s for some reason...

Very nice, I like the badges and the wheels. The visors adds a lot to the look, should be my next purchase.

Another TWB member. Picked up an '09 Fit Sport AT on Saturday. All-weather mats and cargo tray will be arriving shortly. I love this car!

Congratulations! It's good color, you're gonna love it! And may I suggest Zaino car wax! It's easy to use and holds up VERY well! (ordered from the internet)

So, on the '09, tell me, (and tell me gently, because this is one feature I'd almost give my right arm for) Does it have telescoping steering wheel? Probably my biggest complaint about my '08 Fit is that my already trashed shoulders don't like feeling like I'm extending my arms so far forward and having to hold them up. As it is, I sit closer to the wheel than I'd like because of my shoulders. If I could move the steering wheel closer to me, I could put the seat where my legs would be happier too.

It looks to me like the little triangular window is bigger and that maybe the body piece that comes down beyond it is skinnier....? That would be an improvement also. Other than those two things, I love the car!

Well, to put it gently, the '09 Fit does indeed have a tilt and telescopic steering column...it was the first feature the dealer pointed out on my final walkthrough. I feel guilty now that I haven't bothered to adjust it yet

Thanks for the recommendation on the car wax!

DOH!!! It's almost tempting to trade it in, but I've done too many loving things to it to start all over again, plus I have no money.....so 'what's a mother to do?'
And tilt you say? Sob....... Why god, WHY????
