New Goodies on my Fit!

I put lamin-x on my fogs, painted wheels black, put rockford fosgate sub and amp, and i put a shark fin antenna. ( yes it works but the reason why i put the shark fin antenna is because my dad drove my car and got my antenna stolen or broke it when i was out of town.)
Heres some pics.

sorry for the quality of the pics, my camera sucks with the sun shining against the lens. i will post up the sub and amp later when i have a chance.

i used primer, high heat glossy black engine paint, and clear coat it. hopefully it doesn't chip.

It won't if you sanded them down first. It helps to use self etching primer on sanded surface too.
Great job, my twin brother from the oposite coast! What are your plans for center caps and lugs?
I just can't believe more people are not doing it! Beside red cars, black w/red lip would look good on black, silver even white Fit. Orange lip would be a killer on orange Fit, too. Come on people get creative. Especialy if you bought another set of custom wheels! What do you have to lose!

thanks for the comments guys. As for the lugs and center caps, i think red or black lugs. i dunno which one would look better so havent decided on the colors. For the center caps i think i might paint the old ones black for now, till i come up with an idea, or something pops out at me.

Check the thread in my signature for center caps option.
As for the lugs, use this trick to help you in color decision: get square oil funnel used for pouring oil in the engine (larger opening). I usually only see blue ones in the walmart and other stores. Stick it in the wheel over the lugnut and spray paint it! Wipe the funnel before sticking in another hole to prevent pant transfer! Do one side of the car in black and other in red!
If you think this is a joke, check my lugs! That is exactly how I did them! LOL! I bet you would never tell if I did not say it! You won't be able to tell if you were looking at them nose lenght from the wheel! LOL!
Again, beautifull job on the wheels, my "brother"!

i got it from VG Shark Fin Antenna - Home and yes i get reception to a point. i use to get tampa 9.33 station but now i cant. i think the reason is because when my antenna was broken my base piece was broken with it. so right now under the fin doesn't have the base piece to the antenna, i think thats the reason why i dont have that station. My friend has it on his corolla and he said it works perfect.
