Talking "Flip Video" Camera, Test Video

This test video was shot with the inexpensive "Flip Video" digital camera. Mt. Hamilton Road in San Jose goes from San Jose at about sea level over 19 miles to an elevation of about 4300 feet. At the top of the mountain is the James Lick Observatory, built in the 1890's. The road was built to haul the stone and timber building materials, by horse and wagon teams, to construct the observatory.

This section of road is the last 6-8 miles going down to San Jose, CA.
