Got a good deal on a used Password:JDM manifold cover so I picked it up. I really like this cover, but I like to be unique too so this will only act as a filler. I will probably put it on whenever I am working on new schemes for my stock manifold cover. (Like right now )

Cover looks good, but toooo much in photoshop. Look at the intake manifold runners they appear to be almost like rusted out with no rust. Also your orange car is now red. Use the clarity, little saturation, and a little vibrance. Thats about it for photoshop. Its the pic itself that does the work.

It was done on purpose. I like the mechanical parts of my car to look like they are being used in shots like this. The orange still looks orange on my monitor.

This is actually just temporary until some more of my paint & airbrush equipment arrives, so I probably won't bother.

Talking DIY Blue

Found this thread and had to jump in on the fun. Had completed mine with about 3 coats of Dupli-Color Adhesion Promoter (helps paint stick to platic) and 3 coats of Dupli-Color Engine Enamel (Handles high engine heat) Blue. Almost matches my Short Ram intake. Thanks for the ideas and info.

Anybody thought about painting the stock airbox to match the manifold cover? I've been thinking of doing that till I get a aftermarket intake.
