Chicago and winter... and ice

Hey, so i've been looking a lot of the recent photo threads from California and such where it's still so nice and sunny. Well, its cold here. very cold.

anyways, i went out to the garage to get my backpack about 5 minutes ago so that i could do my homework...

found this:

just a strip of ice right? (or maybe a natural inspiration for a place to put a stripe of paint???)

but look closer...

pretty weird

yea, so, not very exciting, just weird

i wasn't really planning on doing fit of the month. too much work for floor mats when i already have a set (50 word essays are easy but not when i have so much other homework already) i'll probably go for fit of the month some time after the holidays - when i finally have everything done on my fit - right now i just have the cold air intake in. i'm planning on new wheels, tires, head and tail lights, short throw shift kit, voltage stabilizer... etc... i'm gonna splurge and spoil Mighty Mouse with whatever cash i have left over from the holidays.

All these pictures are making me cold! We had snow yesterday, my first time driving the Fit in snow. It did great and I felt better in the Fit than
I did driving the Ranger on snowy roads. I was happy the roads were back to normal this evening. You all be careful where that snow has fallen and
take care of yourself and your little Fits.

We had snow Wednesday and my li'l Fit handled fine. I keep a snow brush on the rear passenger seat to brush snow from around the doors before I get in. I'm sure that if we had 10-15'' I wouldn't be so happy but right now ... I'm a happy camper.
