Guys,
Adobe decided to let everybody tweak their photos on line for free.
The catch is that this free version, although easier to use than real Photoshop, lacks high end capabilities. Still it will help you play with your pictures and get you hooked. That is the general idea. Adobe is hoping that you will eventually buy more capable version for $99, or full blown Pro version for a few hundred more.

Hmm, i wonder if this will allow me to put balck borders around my pics!?!

it might be easier to paste your picture in paint and but a black box around it for a quick fix haha
