Ok so heres the current scoop. I went to the surgeon today. He said that my patella (kneecap) has been broken into about 4 pieces. He was also worried about problems with my already messed up leg. And that it might have messed up my elbow too. I'm going into surgery tomorrow around noon. To tie my knee back together with some wire and fix my elbow possibly. Well i'm tired right now i'll try and post another update when i get back from the hospital. Going to have to stay there over night.

btw jason and rene you guys are the best. Thanks for all the help. Jason tell the wife the food was awesome. I think i forgot to tell her. And the dogs once u get to know them are pretty nice too.

if it makes you fell any better all you need to do is lower the car and it will by money. the hood looks great. jason those wheels are pretty damn nice to.
you should definitely take legal action. i had a friend who slipped and fell in an HEB and got 18 thousand for it.
