wow i love how the new Fit looks in Tidewater. i gotta see the 09 Tidewater in real life now and compare with mine

Remove the Headrest, Cut a rubberband and stick the end of it in the hole and replace the headrest. Trim to suit! The rubber holds it securely in place! WooHoo!!!!
I think the headrest is designed like that. If you get into an accident the headrest is suppose to move forward and "catch" your head to help reduce whiplash.

Why would you want to do that? If somebody just trashed my "Kitty" , why would I want to let them out of the lawsuit money?

But seriously... it is an active restraint, but its a forward and back motion thats built in. You adjust the height for comfort. This fix just prevents it from getting constantly bumped and moved up unnecessarily.

3rd tank... 40.6 mpg 459 miles.... 11.3 gl

YES!!! Broke the 40 MPG Barrier!!!!

Hand Calculated...

42.4,43.9, & 45.6 respectively on the... "BSM"

"Bullsh*t-O-Meter"

09 At sport / navi..... 80/20 hwy
