Well I'm just now starting to get around to making a build/picture thread for myself. Here goes...

I didnt have the PDI done (I used to work for honda, A PDI is just an excuse to drive the car and scratch it washing it)So it was a bit dirty



Brand new in the wrapper...





I got it with 000004 miles



all clean





I had Kosei K1's waiting before I had the car....



on the car



I then called up ben from AJ-R and got me a deal on some B52 Dampers...





the first teaser....



Got some Orasm Bulbs...



After taking my ASE tests...





I painted my headlights Gunmetal. Not a huge difference but its a classy difference in color rather then black.





Got some Kumho V710's for autox along with another set of Kosei's in white...





The lovely girlfriend got me a Garmin for our anni...


I then hacked up the stock airbox to get rid of the resonators and make it more free flowing with a 3" elbow and a Mugen filter...







Re welded back together..

Bored at my old job...






Nicky Beans needed to barrow my wheels for the National in GA for rain tires so I rocked the stockers for the SHG BBQ #1





Me and evan rolled down to Coldspring to chill and snap some pics... one of his...





Lauren loved my car so much I convinced her to get one as well.... awww



I also picked up some LED tails for 30 bucks...



I got some gold insulating sheets and turned my airbox into the lunar lander....







Me and Beans took a rainy sunday cruise up some mountains in New Platz....





His car...



Got a job on the Skip Barber race team so i had monies for goodies....



Duckbill with awesome fitment and weave...



Waiting for my buddy to get done with the paint on the grill then that will go on..

Then got an awesome deal on a race header so i grabbed that up




Then unfortunately after working way to much at a race week i had an accident on a rainy night...

Then After a month hiatus, and a little incident with my car, Im got it back...






and i had some goodies lined up for it....

Bought a one off custom intake manifold from SHG_Allmotordan, his buddy is a awesome welder....

Thats about it, I have just recently moved to RI and its winter so updates may be a little slow but there she is as of right now

 

Phew. Your car has gone through a lot of goods. Looks awesome though.

Looks awesome. Did you try fitting the Insight rear drums yet?

 

I love it, it made a nice difference throughout the powerband, especially up top. It really wants to rev now.

Insight drums will be coming in the spring along with another honda hybrid setup in the front

 

You should have more intake manis made. Looks 250 times better than that WR street sign manifold.
Lovin your car. Always have; its the K1s.

 

i saw that manifold and almost got it. dam it looks good. but i see some places where SHG_Allmotordan's buddy could improve his welding.

Thanks i agree with the K1's i almost got rid of them but i came to my senses .Ill talk to him about the mani's, Ive actually had a bunch of interest in it, even though he had a hard time selling this one

Yea its not perfect but it gets the job done, performs well sounds great, got it for a steal of a price to i cant complain

Awesome photo trail. Love everybit of it. Needs a spoon antenna though. haha. Is it just me but your sterring wheels looks like really flat compared to mine.(it really may just be me)

A bracket I made


I LOVE it, fitment wise you need to drill out the holes in the front but other then that its fine. I prefer these to the t1r coilovers that i had hands down
