Any color other than red from the back of the car is illegal.

Any color other than white or amber from the front of the car is illegal.

That's un-fortunate.
I'm afraid in Texas, our ordinance states that any-color is fine, so long as it doesn't project a straight beam of 74 feet and isn't flashing red/blue.
