got a little something back from the powdercoaters...

picked up my wheels from the powdercoaters this morning.
could not wait to unwrap them when i got back home.
i think i went a little bit funny all over once i saw them.
hard to photograph chrome when your in a rush haha.

lips put on after i unwrapped them...

You say they are chrome, but then you said you got them back from the powdercoaters. Did you have them powdercoated clear or something?

Look good btw! Not enough people run chrome anymore.

the finish is called high-shine chrome silver. so technically its not chrome, as chrome products are dipped.
but its the closest you can get to a chrome finish by powdercoating.

cant wait to rubber them up and get them on now.

Nice they look very good. though seeing them just reminds me, I need to stop slacking and finish up my BBS's. Looking forward to seeing pics of them on the car.

in regards to there only being 2, the other 2 are being doen now, along side all the bolts.

little update.

heard from the powdercoaters that the bolts cant be done.
too much corrosion on them apparently, so will be getting a new set.
cant afford to buy a whole new set now though.
so will have to just try and get these ones as good as i can for the time being.
