Took me like 5mins because it was all rolled up the wrong way but it should take like 2mins now. yeah its water proof thats the main reason why i got it lol.

The cover appears to be the "paper type" that is treated for water repellency, they are a PITA to clean because they are so bulky they will not fit in a standard washing machine.
