There is a BIG difference between snow tires and all season tires.

Yup...extreme weather tires will stop you…as long as you’re not doing mach 2. Try them, you’ll be amazed. Snow tires were the best $600 I’ve ever spent on this car or any other.

At least the lights still work.

We're getting that crud in west michigan right now, and I concur, there is nothing short of tank treads that will stop quickly in this. It's that darned heavy stuff that packs into an ice pad the instant you touch it and it's all sitting on a layer of ice that used to be the rain that fell before the snow. Not looking forward to the morning commute, that's for sure.

Honestly the only thing that might work is studs but that's a hefty fine if you get caught.

Sorry to see that happen. Snowbelt sucks sometimes.

Boy Im glad we dont get snow here, its bad enough people drive like tools in the rain here
The damage doesnt look too bad, new bonnet and bumper?
