Dam man, that totally sucks, glad to know your ok, but i'd definately say its totalled. But being at 3k miles old, and a 2010 model you should get pretty dam close to 100% back of what you paid. Driving it off the lot, and with mileage you probably lost 1-2k at the most. In the end it could cost you no more then a rental would be for the time you had it. Good luck with the insurence and everything, and I'd be sure to see a doctor if any pain develops within the week after the accident.
