@the track; My new wing
They're SO Cuuuuuute!!!!
(The last two pics make me want to grab the remote so I can play too!)
OK, serious question. What is the main purpose, and what issue is it correcting? Does it produce downforce (to correct for the strong front weight bias* and possibly reduce understeer)?
* I ask because you have the carbon-fiber hood to reduce weight over the engine. Is this a dedicated track car? What other stuff have you done to reduce weight? Its interesting to see some of the modifications people make. Funny note: I see carbon fiber hoods on rice-buggies every now and then, with the extra weight of subs, amps, etc. in the trunk. Hello? Anybody in there McFly?

because not everyone buys carbon hoods for track use or weight reduction.
what are you trying to ask about? the wing?

tires are Federal 595EVO. crappy brand, but hella sticky tires. Performs way better than T1Rs for a little more than half the price.
Well that's certainly quite impressive

boo!
edit: BTW the wing isn't wrong - it SUCKS! What the hell you think you're driving?
No way it's effective - except in that it sucks.

Sometimes they are designed for downforce, sometimes to improve the airflow and reduce parasitic drag. One will have very little effect on handling, but may help top end. The other will hinder top-end, but should improve handling.
Just wondering the purpose of this particular wing.
