Hey just thought it would be cool to share where we do the work on our Fits and other cars we all have. I have always loved hang'n out in a garage and spinn'n wrenches or pull'n the trigger on a spraygun. This is the bay the 68 charger was painted in back in 1995, I know some of you guys weren't even born yet. haha

I've been here since 1989 you should see the attic. I'm to the point that an Ebay account and a digital camera to make it all go away.

Do you have the HO scale Fits, I've seen them on the forum and they have very nice details.
PS My 1st ride was a 1970 TR6 love that car ....

I'll have to wait til we're done remodeling a bathroom so we can clean the garage out. There is currently I think 4 sets of wheels, a pile of Subaru goodies and everything thats left to be done in the bathroom.

Thanks Mike. I recall getting a ride in a falrly new TR4. It was quite a change from the TR3 styling. Way back then I was driving my first Bugeye then a a brand new '64 Mini. Smaller is less expensive. I have both 1/32nd and 1/24th Fits. Go here and on the second page is a video of us racing the two 1/32nds.

OK here is my Fits home:

Got to rock JDM!

The detailing cabinet - gets used a ton during the summer getting it ready for the car shows.

Lots of microfibers!

All tucked in - this is before the CF hood and new rims.

Coincidentally, my garage is in the process of getting cleaned up and cleared out. Just used the Fit to drop off 4 cinder blocks tonight to some chick who was building a house out of recycled materials. I'll tell you guys what - these little blue appliance straps have been one of the best purchases I've ever made. I can put anything back there and they don't slide around.

I'll post up pics of the garage once the transformation is complete. It's a little less than 10' wide, so use of space has to be tackled creatively. I'd love to have a little work table area like in one of the above pics. We'll see..

2 car garage tunred into more of a 1 car shop. My house is where most of me, my friends, and local car guys work. Nice compressor and yes I have a portable ac unit in my garage and a fan on the other side to keep it nice and cool.

This table can hold around 300-400 pounds yet fold away if i need to so it lays flat against the wall. Its been painted and stuff since then.

Garage is about 25 feet wiode so real nice when one car in there lots of room. Also had a electrician come in and add electrical sockets and adjust tje fuse box to handle it all. Also added 3 more lights so at night there isnt a single dark area in the garage. Its a pretty nice setup besides having a full blown shop which im thinking about building in the future.
