love love love the rusted hood, forget about all the haters, i had a rusted hood on mt GD and everyone hated it too but noone would ever mistake my fit for someone elses!
do what you like after all you have to live with it! i couldn't care less that people hate things about my fit like for instance they hate my blue wheels in california,soooo what, i like them! and i will get a new set some dayand have them powdercoated mmmmmm maybe in copper color (everyone says "don't do copper do bronze") <-- why so i can be like everyone else??? F-that
i don't like everthing you've done but i love the rusted hood - do you wax it so it doesnt drip rust on the paint?

my hood .. I've strip out the color on the hood , and just sprinkle salt on it , then just leave it under rain or sunshine.

after it got some begin of the rust , So I'm not wax it , that's really nice lol, but after was raining that make more decay. then I've wax it but i thought it doesn't nice at all.. so i think I'll make the new one without wax.

Thailand is hard to find the nicest BBS RS with wide and low offset , and it's too expensive even a secondhand.
