I had mine for 109,000 miles.. gas, oil change, tires and ...well nothing in 4 years. Fantastic car, but someone slammed into the back of me and I came out without a scratch...totaled the car. So I went out and bought a 2013 Honda Fit Sport with the .9% Honda financing. Self employed IT person who works out of the car per say. Best bang for the buck for sure.

First, you posted in the wrong section as I think you should have used the GE for 2009+ model yrs.

2nd, very happy to hear that came out ok.

3rd, I too have an 09 fit base and had a 2010 sport until two months ago when I was also rear ended and the fit was totaled.

The Fits are by far the best cars that I have ever owned. This November, I will have my 09 fit for 5 years and it still drives just as good and perfect as the day I bought it with 4 miles on the odo.

However, after owning 2 fits for this long I wanted a change. I was so happy with the fits, that I wanted to buy Honda again (there are 5 Hondas in my family), but everything they offer right now is so boring (other than the fit), so I went with another brand to replace my totaled 2010 fit.

Now, I dipped my toes into something else, but I still have the 09 fit, so I haven't gone too far (yet).

Post some details on your 13 fit when possible. When I was car shopping to replace the 2010, I found only tiny changes between the 2010 and 2013.

More sound deadening, different head rests, deeper bin near shifter (with a light), different grill and engine air intake scoop, and that's about it.

Not enough change for the next who knows how many years I keep the car.
