Hey guys, I recently joined these forums because I bought a 2013 Honda Fit Sport. Until now I have just been creepin' to get needed information for future mods to my car.....so this is my first actual post

I'm an automotive photographer and one of the magazines I shoot for was Honda Tuning, which along with Import Tuner and many other publications was shut down last week. Thankfully one of my photoshoots is in the last issue of Honda Tuning which is being shipped now. Make sure you guys pick it up and check out Tubby's supercharged K24 Fit!

Damn sucks HT is done. At least my last issue has a Fit. Fit FTW,

 

wait Honda Tuning is done? Damn so all the tuner mags are done now Sorry a little off topic, that is some great shots.

 

Yeah it does suck, a ton! I grew up reading Honda Tuning and shot a lot of features for them. It was very disappointing news.

 

If not any possible to maintain the mag in digital form?via google play,itunes and amazon.This is the only mag I suscribed and now is done

Beautiful pictures and beautiful car! I saw on Facebook yesterday that both Import tuner and HT were no more....I was pissed when Sport Compact Car went under...there are only a few good mags left out there. If all your pics look this good you shouldn't have a problem finding work.

 

Yeah the only import magazine left is Super Street.

Magazine features were only a small part of my work, you can check my website in my sig and the blog on there for more automotive stuff

 

They need to bring the Siphon magazine back!! That's what we need, new issues of Siphon.
I still have every issue that came out. Very helpful when I had my GD, could be helpful now with my GE!!
Does anyone remember the magazine Siphon?

 

Never heard of it. I my personal favorite was Turbo Magazine. That was a great publication, very technical.

Turbo magazine was a good read.
Siphon was released for a short time by Import Tuner magazine.
It's focus was the small car community and fits were a focus.
Would be cool to have a mag like that now.

Just got my hands on the issue today

 

I will have to go on my lunch break to scoop up the last issue, I have boxes in the garage with all my old HT and SSC mags. Its funny to look a mag from 2000 and compare it to what out now and how much the industry has changed. HT will be missed...
If I win the lotto i will buy the rights to the mag and bring it back! :'D

I have had my Fit for the last year and it's been a cool little car

I got the issue yesterday, shots look great.

I have the last issue of Sport Compact Car, Modified, and now Honda Tuning. So sad

This strikes really hard for me because not only am I subscriber to all of these magazines but I also share a parking lot with the Corporate offices of the magazines and have befriended people that work for them

It's a sad reality for those of us who have grown up with magazine subscriptions that they are slowly but surely closing down.
