MY 08 VBP KWSC High Boost

Finally took some pics... East Coast Virginia

KWSC 10psi - max 13psi - 85mm pulley
Weapon-R IM
410cc RDX Injectors
Megan Header
Cat Delete - DC Test pipe
Skunk2 - MegaPower exhaust
Sprint Springs - I love these springs!

Went a touch cooler on plugs - IK24
75 Shot Nitrous

Thinking about IC delete and going W/M as the IC is a choke point for boost.

Now I have to clean the engine bay! I will click some pics next week. Flash Pro is being street tuned, never been to the dyno. I will see if Vit can e-dyno it. Shops around here are super high for 2-3 pulls. I know its way faster than stock and a lot more fun. Definitely surprises a few civics or poorly tuned rsx's that just blow black smoke down the road. Not even going to try a EVO or something stupid that packs 350+ HP.

Vit most certainly can e-dyno it for you. He tuned my Fit and was awesome! I'm also in the process of getting my Si tuned by him too.

The c30 is definitely a larger unit. If you mount it the same way you will be hitting the header. Download the specs from the rotrex website.

Nice fit. definitely looks better than mine. Are you actually in VB or just somewhere near? I haven't seen very many modified fits around here.

This is an awesome vehicle. Thanks for the pics! Ever run it or plan to run it to see how it runs in the 1/4 mile? Nitrous? Very interested in your trap speed.

Google 757illest. I go to some of those events. There is also a cars and coffee meet up on Saturday mornings. I am waiting for a dyno day at a shop to see what my fit is doing in HP land. Never have put it on a dyno. There is a KWSC for sale right now on this site.

https://www.fitfreak.net/forums/sale...-base-kit.html

It says missing a bracket, but KW keeps some of these on the shelf if you need a part. That rotrex impeller on that unit will turn at 210,000 RPM so you could get away with a 80mm pulley instead of the 95mm. Boost will kick in faster and produce higher boost at the upper RPMs.

I'm turbo now, but thanks anyway.
I have 757illest on Facebook, but I never go to those meets/events. One of these days I'll make it out for cars and coffee or something.

Also, I wanted to ask. Your Zex nitrous setup looks like a wet kit. Have you used it and have you had any concerns with fuel pooling up in your intake manifold?

It is a wet system. I'm not too worried about it pooling. By the time the N2O kicks in boost is pushing it through. After playing with the N2O, I will turn it off and do a 7000 rpm pull to blow it out. I have had a couple times of a hard time starting after running spray and parking. Pulled the plugs and they look great. The only issue is the hard start that I am working on. I went to a colder plug from a IK22 to IK24, but haven't ran spray on them yet.

How do you like the CVT? My CT200H has CVT I notice differences and sometimes waiting for it to shift. haha. There is a Supercharged CT200H running around. Oh, its for sale! fox marketing's ct200h supercharger for sale - Club Lexus Forums

The CVT is an interesting project because it's a different approach to trying to get 'performance' out of it. I have a lot of ideas but that's for another thread and or discussion. Just trying to capitalize on it's strengths while not impacting it's weaknesses as much.

I'm just in awe at your car's build. I can't imagine how fun it would be to drive.
