Need to upgrade my suspension - 2010 2nd gen 5 speed sport

So, I have hit 110k and my suspension is beginning to go. I would like to upgrade it rather than get OEM to make the corners just a little more fun. Thing is, I live on some bumpy roads and my snows are set at a little wider stance, so I can't lower the car. Any ideas for a long lasting, decent kit? I need to stay below $1,000 and would prefer lower as I am saving up to go back to college. Again, it doesn't have to be a racing feel (I don't have the skill for it anyways) just something that will last and handles just a bit better. I really liked the Tein kit, but it lowers the car...
Thanks for the suggestions and any tips you may have!

Just leave it stock. Bilstein if you want to change things.

Tein seems to have an OE replacement that won’t lower the car, just shocks

Koni also makes some that are generally well reviewed

Add the progress rear sway bar and you may find what you’re looking for in terms of a tightened up but OE ride

Perfect!
Anything else that may make the swap go easier?
I have done my truck's suspension before, but i am sure the process and needed parts are different.

Fit is pretty easy, 2nd time I did mine it was an hour for all 4 corners! First time took two days, lol.

Just make sure you don’t let the front axles pop out of the transmission, they’re easy to get back in if you’ve done it before but for the first time it can be tricky and confusing.

If they do pop out on you, feel the boot for what should feel like a triangular oriented shape of bearings. Rotate that via the rotor/hub slowly as you apply pressure back into the trans. It should pop in . Sometimes it will right away, sometimes you’ll be rotating for 10 min trying to get them oriented correctly and it can be frustrating.

Get a set of drop links (or swaybar links some calls it) and angle grinder. as they are often very hard to get off.
they are expensive and handy to have it available just in case or you could just replace them while you are at it.
