Yes put rubber/foam/soft stuff between anywhere where there is metal to metal contact to prevent noise.
I found the bar itself touched the top of the towers slightly creating a resonance throughout the bar. Following the same simple principal I just stuck a bit of foam under the bar itself on each end where it meets the top of strut towers. Noise gone.

The XForce bars are a fraction of the cost of most others. You can have 6 XForce bars for the cost of 1 of a lot of brands. The funniest part is they are better colour matched (vivid blue) and fit up better than some of the other brands too.

xforce sounds like bang for buck, but unfortunately its only readily available in auz
for peoples info i bought my bar in msia and cost rm450

Tower bars are a great suspension upgrade because they enhance performance without affecting ride quality. They work by connecting the tops of the strut towers to supplement the original design and increase structural rigidity. Other bars such as the C Pillar similarly increase structural rigidity just at different points.

Sway bars will do nothing usefull for a H beam rear suspension. It only works well with inependent suspension. Neither will a rear lower tie bar. Those are typically used to connect the two mounting locations for the independent suspension arms.

Ya a rear tie bar wont help a beam suspension like the Fit has in the rear. Not sure if there is even one available for the Fit in the aftermarket. I have the Hyper Rev Fit volume and there isnt one shown in there. As far as I know the beam suspension should be pretty sturdy, things like the J's X-brace and C-pillar bar will do much more to increase overall rear rigidity then a rear lower tie bar.
