i know the SPC shims can give you at least -2 degree camber in the rear....maybe more i'm not sure
but other than SPC i don't know of any other camber kit

Thanks Ricky.

That may work cause after lowering the car I have about -1 to -1.5* of camber so plus the SPC kit that may help a bunch thanks

I wanted to update on my SPC shims...

Totally not what i was expecting. They are a rubber shim that you cut in order to get certain degree of camber.

Decided not to put them on after i saw them.

ok i have a question...is a camber kit necessary when dropping a Fit? I plan on buying the Tein S Tech Lowering springs to run with 205/45/16 tires.

I had a cavalier before and it was jus as easy as swapping out springs and getting an alighnment...now have my 1st import, and im not sure if it's going to be as easy.....

Depends on the offset of the wheels you're planning on running but to help you guage, +40 and up should be fine; but where's the fun in high off sets.

Honestly with springs though, you shouldn't need a camber kit.

^ I was running +35's on springs and I was rubbing on hard freeway bumps and hard cornering, but it was still drivable so I think you'll be ok. If you plan on canyoning/tracking your car, I would highly suggest that you invest in getting your fenders rolled.

THAT IS SO NOT TRUE !
more camber means less contact area...less contact area means less drag from the road..means u would go faster !
i dunno about mileage and i don't care....u want to make a car go fast at the same time you care about MPG....that doesn't make sense.

I'm pretty sure he's refering to the tire life (due to uneven wear), not the rate at which the tire turns for a given amount of force exerted (sp?). As for gas, I would think that mpg would go up since there's less grip.

Travis, I would suggest not running more then -2.5 for daily driving unless you plan on getting cheap tires cause you're gonna got through tires like nothing.

Note: I know there's a set of tire specifically made for lowered cars with negative camber.
*edit* the tires are Nitto Neo Gen's

Not the way to do it! You can’t get it very accurate at all with individual washers. Specialty Products makes a great chamber kit for the Fit. I used them to dial in my Fit. I was very impressed with their product…I totally recommend them

the SPC kit comes with only 2 discs per corner. I used 3 to get the full adjustment I needed. That is, I bought 3 kits and split them into 2 kits of 3 discs to put them on the rear axle. The original 4 bolts are 30-mm long and I bought 40-mm long bolts to accept the 3 shim discs. The original bolts are grade 10 bolts and the only bolts I could find in equal or higher grade were allen head bolts...I think I got them from the Granger Catalog. I also got 5-mm thick washers to go under the heads of the bolts. They worked out great.

-3* isn't that bad. Its the toe that really shortens the life. Myself and a few of my friends had -3 to -5 on our xB's and tire life wasn't to shabby, mind you we drove alot. Especially when you can flip the tires and rotate.

Im still lagging on putting in my camber kit...I kinda want wider wheels first...

You should have a little bit of adjustment for the camber in the stock bolts in the strut/knuckle. It should be enough of a adjustment for a 1.5 drop. Dont worry about the rear, camber wont change with the solid axle setup.

I just bought Ingalls camber bolts online for the front. Up to -2 degrees. Can't wait to turn a positive into a negative lol
