stock spring rate

can anyone shed some light? this is all i could find:

reader's digest: 120/150. elsewhere, i've seen 180/300, but it was not a definitive answer. anyone know?

I'd like to know that, too - would be nice to know when spec'ing struts/shocks. I guess if you had the springs sitting loose, you could calculate the rate with the formulas out there, but not so much when they're still on the car. Personally, I'm a little more inclined to believe the 120/150 - the 180/300 rates are close to (if not the same as) the "off road" springs available for my old Shelby Charger. It was more like 150/180 stock, and was pretty stiffly-sprung back in the day.
