not true on a macpherson strut car lowering and raising affects the toe as well

so these skunks ride pretty good, are they real stiff?? not very bouncy? I was never a fan of skunks because they were horrible on my teg and civic. Hopefully ground control will come out with somthing for the FIT

on the stock tires they are amazing. on 205/45/16 they are a bit harsh. its more my tires than the coilovers, i have no regrets. i love mine.

lol .
sacrifice comfort for performance. thats how we do.
what kind of tires are you running?
i assume these coilovers, with what everyone's saying, will handle immactulately with rt-615s at a 205 width.

how are those compared to the rt-615s? i can vouch for 615s. i love them. they're definitely streetable (comfort-wise, maybe not mileage wise :P)
is there some sort of comparison chart?

New to the forum ... wondering if the Pro-C's are doable with the stock sport wheels and tires? I have been searching the thousands of threads on suspension and my eyes are literally burning ... lol ...

Thanks .... Sneyeper

yes they are. they are adjustable coilovers so you can adjust to what you like as far as looks.

A few months and a few thousand miles and I still LOVE my Pro-C! I am looking for new wheels/tires now-- got the tires down to Bridgestone RE01R, 205/45/16, but can't find the right combination of features with the wheels (looking at SSR, Gram Lights, maybe Volks TE37).

Anyway, I still can't say enough about the comfort and performance of the Pro-C with Progress rear sway. Fit's lack of power is very much made up for (often) by superb handling, and my car is a monster in the turns and twisties.

Hi,
actually looking for improvement on stock riding, I read of your enthusiasm for pro-c coilovers. Where did you buy them at that price? I would be very tempted.
Regards,
Stefano

jsensk...
re-01r's are great.... but honestly i like 615s better. i had a set of 01r's and they felt fcking awesome... but when i tried 615s they felt even better. i think rt-615's are more comparable to r compounds rather than 01r's. just my opinion.

thumbsup for pro-c's. with what everyone's saying, looks like they should be the best coilovers out for the fit right now..

you guys should check out the skunk2 fit at the pro tuner challenge. the fit school most of the 250+hp cars @ about 180hp on pro-c's. (can't remember tires)
